Patch did a story on Artbridge's Brownsville Matters installation and featured one of my pieces. Happy Saturday and hooray for community journalism! I think the most powerful quote in the piece came from Artbridge executive director Stephen Pierson:
"From my perspective, Brownsville is generally only covered by the media when bad things happen. It's also important to look at the vibrant culture and neighborhood, and we crafted an exhibition around promoting those narratives."
